Welcome aboard Venus Rising for a special ecological adventure into the mangroves of Nuevo Vallarta. This floating “Nature Center” with English-speaking naturalists/guides provides the perfect platform to view birds, crocodiles, iguanas, crabs and other wildlife in its natural state, and to learn about the ecology of tropical mangroves. See a variety of birds that includes everything from herons and egrets to parakeets and “Pirate birds.” Our on-board exhibits offer a hands-on experience unavailable on other tours. See how birds make their nests, and what they eat. See an actual termite nest, and learn how the mangroves survive and grow. This is not the crowded tour boat experience you’ve seen elsewhere!
